Terms of Service

Last Updated: June 02, 2026. General terms governing development consulting and staff augmentation partnerships.

1. Scope of Services

Krista Technology provides custom software development, cloud migration consulting, and dedicated engineering resource staffing:

  • Developer resource profiles are pre-screened to match specific skill requests.
  • Deliverables are specified and managed under mutually executed Statements of Work (SOW).
  • Timesheets and billing follow the agreed hourly/monthly retainer structures.

2. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights

Upon complete payment of all due development invoices, the intellectual property, including proprietary source code repositories, databases, graphical wireframe assets, and compiled system builds, is transferred fully to the client organization. Krista Technology retains zero backend intellectual property rights unless explicitly agreed upon in a custom software licensing annex.

3. Resource Availability & SLAs

For dedicated staffing models, resources commit to 160 billing hours per month. If a developer needs to be replaced due to performance mismatches or medical departures, Krista Technology initiates a replacement screening to supply a comparable vetted candidate within 5-7 business days.

4. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable commercial laws. Any contractual disputes arising from our consulting delivery are subject to resolution through friendly negotiations or arbitration prior to legal court actions.
